Also this year we are not opting for the easy way and we are going to try to solve the goat problem together with the goat farmers of Flevoland. We are not talking about writing a recipe with goat meat. We are looking for a lasting chain solution! The enormous popularity of goat’s milk and cheese also means a lot of male goats; and there must be a worthy solution. Read: don’t gas. From farmer to consumer. Sustainable.

Our Transformation service often goes deeper than just a concept change. This is a joint effort with the province and as many parties in the chain as possible who want to take responsibility! From goat farmer, cheese farmer and government to chef and consumer. Enough obstacles not to do it, but let’s find a suitable route for those male goats!
